Return Instructions
Our return policy is valid for 14 days after receipt of your order. After this period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging .
Certain types of items are not eligible for returns :
❌ Items on sale or on sale (Final Sale – No Returns Accepted).
❌ Personalized or tailor-made products .
❌ Hygiene items and clothing worn or washed .
Return costs & conditions
📦 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Any return without prior validation from our customer service will be refused.
📌 We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you of our decision.
- If approved, a credit or partial refund may be issued.
- No full refund will be issued if the item is not in its original condition.
💳 If your request is accepted, the refund will be made within 14 business days, depending on your payment method.
Exceptions & special cases
🔹 Defective or damaged products upon delivery → Photo/video proof is required within 48 hours of receipt.
🔹 Item not as described? → We offer an exchange OR a voucher instead of a refund.
🔹 Package lost or not received? → Contact the carrier for an investigation. We are not responsible for package losses after shipment.
How to request a return?
1️⃣ Send an email to [your email] with the following information :
- Order number
- Photos of the item received from several angles
- Detailed reason for return
2️⃣ We will review your request and respond to you within 3 to 5 business days.
3️⃣ If the return is validated, you will receive return instructions (the costs remain your responsibility).
❌ Please note: Abusive chargebacks will be disputed.
📌 Any dispute opened directly with the bank or via PayPal before contacting us may be refused and subject to dispute.
